What is your Webkinz gem hunt strategy
This is the Curio Shop gem hunt strategy that I've been using lately. I'm working on my second "Legendary Crown of Wonder" but also trying to make money from selling extra gems.
If all you want is the money by selling gems, then the Buried Bones Mine gives the most value.
What I've been doing is seeing if the Gem of the Day is in a mine that I still need gems from. If it is, I go there. I know I'll either find a gem I need, or possibly get paid well for the daily Gem.
If the Gem of the Day is in a mine that I already have a complete set of Gems from, then I'll go to a different mine.
These are the mines and the gems you'll find there. Some gems will show up in other mines but this list is the "main" mine where you'll expect to find a certain gem:

- Corona Topaz, Aurora Rox, Pyramid Plunder, Starlight Shimmer, Lemon Drom, Carat Eclipse
- Howling Horse
- Ocean Sapphire, Teardrop Tower, Sea Stone, Rainbow Flower, River Ripple, Aqua Orb
- Muzzle Mouth
- Red Ruby Heart, Ember Amber, Volcano Viscose, Flare Flyca, Torch Treasure, Lava Lump
